The hotel has a good location, with easy access to transportation and local shops. the view from the room is decent and there are some facilities available such as reception staff. the room is not up to standard and cleanliness is poor. the bathroom is outdated and insufficient. the breakfast is basic, with limited options.
The frustrating part was the lack of response and solution to our complaints.

It helped me save money for other activities during my vacation. the hotel's location was convenient as it was in close proximity to popular tourist sites and restaurants. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their assistance in making restaurant reservations.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and it was fantastic! Loved the cozy and modern vibe of the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and attractions. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide range of options to choose from. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and great amenities.
There were a couple of issues that need to be addressed. the WiFi in the room was non-existent, no matter how many times we requested assistance from the staff.
